Materials

We stock a wide range of materials in a variety of sizes for your convenience and peace of mind, helping you to complete on time and in budget. Our wide-ranging stock and extensive product design knowledge allow us to offer a low-cost or no-cost tooling solution for new products. We don’t charge for holding free issue products for ‘just in time’ projects.
Everything we manufacture comes from either a coil or a strip.
We perforate in a wide range of sizes, holes, shapes and layout patterns to meet ISO/EN specifications from either coil, blank or sheet form.

Rolling

Roll forming machine

Our roll forming machine enables us to produce lock seam tubes directly from perforated coil. The automated process has the capability to corrugate and notch if required and then cut to the required length in one process.

Finishing

Powder coating of metal products

Finishing – plating, electropolishing, powder coating

We have an extensive range of tried and trusted partners for any finishing needs.

Aqueous wash tank

Our aqueous wash tank is used for cleaning and surface preparation of metal parts. The tank contains a water-based cleaning solution to remove contaminants such as oils, grease and dirt from the stainless steel surfaces.
