A lock seam tube is a type of cylindrical tube formed by rolling a flat sheet of metal into a cylindrical shape and then joining the edges using a lock seam. The lock seam is created by mechanically interlocking the edges of the metal sheet through a specialised forming process that bends and hooks the edges together to create a secure and continuous seam along the length of the tube.
